Alex Jones, CPA
Alex is originally from Franklin, Virginia and now calls Wake Forest, North Carolina home. He graduated from Virginia Tech in 2019 with a degree in Accounting and Information Systems and jumped straight into public accounting after college. Now heading into his seventh tax season, Alex brings a well-rounded background from working at both boutique-sized and larger public accounting firms in Virginia. He earned his CPA at the end of 2025. Alex enjoys working with pass-through entities and loves finding tax-saving strategies that help business owners and shareholders get the most out of their hard work.
When he's not working, Alex spends as much time as possible with family and often travels to Las Vegas to visit his brother, who serves in the U.S. Air Force. He loves being on the water, spending summer weekends at the lake, staying active, and is currently training for a powerlifting competition. If he's not doing any of that, you'll probably find him working on cars in the garage. As a Senior Tax Associate, Alex works closely with clients and the team to deliver proactive, value-driven tax solutions.
